The Neapolitan Mastiff is a large, powerful, and gentle breed. It has great working endurance, is weather-resistant, and is very loyal to its owner. Its coat is soft and dense, usually gray, black, or dark brown. It has large, drooping ears that resemble those of a wolf. They are very intelligent, easy to train, and adore children.7 - 9
